Returns: Please check your merchandise upon receipt of shipment. Returns for full refund due to errors (Mann Wood Care or the customer's), defective merchandise or other problems must be accomplished within 21 days of your purchase. This is only reasonable, and is meant to be a reasonable policy for both you the customer and us. Cost of return shipping will be paid by Mann Wood Care if the error is ours; the customer will pay return shipping if the error is theirs.

Returns from 21 days to 45 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs to be paid by the customer, no matter whose error, even when damage was not discovered in the 21 day period. It is also not unusual for there to be slight leakage, although we take many precautions against this. This in no way diminishes the value of the product, unless the leakage is unreasonable.

Returns over 45 days are subject to our approval and a 40% restocking fee.

Our return policy is not to discourage you from purchasing, it is to encourage you to check your merchandise on receipt. 99.99% of all orders are A-OK, but returning product that is not needed months later is difficult to deal with. Check your purchase against your actual order for color, sizes, and project requirements ASAP after receipt of shipment. Thank you. Product Guarantee

Our products are fully guaranteed to be as stated. Our product line is made up of very high quality products and generally perform as such when used according to manufacturers recommendations. Briwax waxes are often liquid in hot weather and this is not a defect, but an inherit trait of the wax blend. Defective Briwax products will be replaced. Liability as to performance is guaranteed to be as stated by sheets titled "Product Data", but limited to the cost of or replacement of the product.


Our software will automatically add 5% Maine sales tax to orders being shipped to Maine addresses.

When placing an order, you are given the choice of USPS First Class Priority, United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (Overnight). Please be aware before placing your order that shipping costs for Federal Express service is substantially higher. If your order is heavy we reserve the right to ship via UPS.

No orders will be shipped C.O.D. without prior approval and will have the necessary COD charges calculated into the shipping charge.
